- Registered Agent (1 year) - We act as your registered agent, accepting and forwarding legal documents and government agency correspondence on your behalf. This also helps maintain personal privacy by not exposing your personal address on Sec. of State website, and reduces spam mail and solicitations. ($120/year after first)
- S-Corp Election Guidance (add-on) - We can provide you personalized guidance on if/when to file Form 2553 for tax savings. We will refer you to CPA for actual filing (+$50)
- Business License Research (add-on) - We will research local/state license & permit requirements for your specific business type. We provide a checklist, you apply yourself. (+$75)
Registered Agent Services Only (coming soon)
As your registered agent, we serve as your business's official point of contact with the state. We receive important legal and government documents on your behalf and help ensure you never miss critical notices, deadlines, or service of process. Having a registered agent also protects your privacy by allowing you to use our registered agent address instead of your personal address on public state records (such as your initial state registration filings).
